The 3D printed workpiece also requires manual cleaning, splicing, and trial assembly, as there will be support during printing to support the workpiece and ensure it does not deform. Four steps of polishing and polishing: CNC machining and 3D printing of structural hand panels still have uneven blade patterns on the surface, which require polishing and polishing to be smooth, and subsequent post-processing such as painting, electroplating, oxidation, etc. can only be carried out after being smooth. This step also requires a professional master to polish, in order to avoid deformation, the product has no stripe, and the diamond corners are ground to an R angle or cannot be polished in place. If it is not polished by an unprofessional master, or if it is transparent, there are still many knife lines and scratches on the surface.
